Beak began life as a nomadic project run by food and drink writer Daniel Tapper, who spent several years honing his recipes with friends at some of the UK’s greatest breweries, including North Brew Co, Burning Sky and Northern Monk. Queer Brewing

The Queer Brewing Project was founded in early 2019 to provide visibility for LGBTQ+ people in and around beer, and to build community, advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, and raise money for vital LGBTQ+ charities. Frau Gruber (Germany)

In the winter of 2016, the two Augsburgers, Enzo Frauenschuh and Matthias Gruber, founded FrauGruber Brewing (FRAUenschuh + GRUBER = FrauGruber) and brewed their first beers as cuckoo brewery in spring 2017 in the Old Factory in Gundelfingen. Maltgarden Brewery (Poland)

The brewery’s name – Maltgarden – comes from the idea of a literal ‘malt garden’ – and head brewer Andrzej Miler nourishes Maltgarden beers with a healthy dose of barrel aging, some experimental wild yeasts (on the sour front), and some seriously intense hop combinations.
